CLARIC LEGAL SERVICES LIMITED
Do you want a role that offers:
a large percentage of what is billed to your clients; and
the support of an established legal services company?
THEN READ ON!
Claric is a dynamic company set up in 2011 to provide cost effective legal support to its clients. We believe that all organisations should have access to affordable legal support. Richard Jenkins (the sole shareholder) has plans to develop further the niche market he has already created.
Claric is now looking to collaborate with a legal professional who will be its first associate. You will work autonomously, on a freelance basis for clients across a range of business sectors under the Claric brand. You will enjoy interesting assignments, significant freedom and will be responsible for providing high quality legal support to clients.
The role is on an ad hoc basis and you will be able to work as little or as much (dependent on business needs) as you like. You will also play a key role in the growth of the business.
A lawyer, legal executive, chartered secretary or commercial contracts specialist (experience is more important than academic qualifications), you will have a solid career history (probably at least five years’ experience), an outgoing personality and be commercially minded. You should be able to hit the ground running and provide legal advice/support in at least two of the following fields:
(i) corporate law; (ii) commercial law; (iii) reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts; (iv) employment law; and/or (v) intellectual property.
This role might suit someone returning to work, or someone acting as a consultant who is looking to add some further hours to their current workload.
