Introduction
Companies House has introduced a free “Follow” service. The service allows persons to follow a company and receive instant email notifications when any changes are made to that company’s filing history. See the following press release:

The Follow service may be of use to persons wishing to monitor companies that they do business with to keep an eye on its financial state or to be made aware of any changes in its directors or even to follow their own company to ensure no fraudulent filings are made.
