Company Formations
What?
Companies have to be created and registered at Companies House. Whilst this procedure is relatively simple and there many online company formation agents who can help with this, there are other underlying issues to be considered before incorporating.
Why is it important?
Registering your business as a limited company means that it is a separate legal entity and so its assets, losses and liabilities are not yours. It offers limited liability to you as its shareholder(s) and protects you from financial risks. It can also be a tax efficient vehicle for running your business.
