Introduction

Information on new legislation which forces large businesses to report on payment practices is set out in the following article:

It will be interesting to see if the legislation has the Government’s desired effect. The hope is that, if late payment is highlighted in the reports, it will modify the payment practices of the large business in question. Watch this space!
